 Refund & Cancelation Policy

Block Voluntary Organisation for Improvement of Culture and Eco-environment (BVOICE) is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. BVOICE expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. BVOICE also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. BVOICE India will examine each request for refund of donation and Endeavour to make the refund. BVOICE may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.

However, BVOICE is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

• If you would like your donation to  BVOICE to be refunded,
• You must request BVOICE in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach BVOICE within 15 (fifteen) to 30 (Thirty) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:
  • Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR
  • Handed over the cheque / demand draft to BVOICE or someone authorized by BVOICE  for this purpose, OR
  • Dispatched the cheque / demand draft to BVOICE by other means.

All decisions of  BVOICE in this regard will be final and binding on the donor..

 Shipping And Delivery Policy

General Information:
a. Block Voluntary Organisation for Improvement of Culture and Eco-environment(BVOICE) is an NGO that primarily operates through online platforms, including our website.
b. As an NGO focused on charitable activities, we do not engage in the sale or physical shipment of products or merchandise

Online Donations:
a. Donations made through our website are processed electronically and do not require physical shipping or delivery.
b. Upon successful completion of an online donation, you will receive an acknowledgment or receipt for your contribution via email.

Communication and Correspondence:
a. All communication and correspondence from BVOICE including donation acknowledgments, updates, and newsletters, will be sent electronically via email or other online channels.
b. We may also provide information and updates through our website, social media platforms, or other digital means.

Pricing Policy

Block Voluntary Organisation for Improvement of Culture and Eco-environment (BVOICE) operates as a charitable NGO and does not have a traditional pricing policy. Our services are offered free of charge to the beneficiaries we serve. The organization relies on the generous contributions and donations of individuals, corporations, and philanthropic entities to fund their various programs and initiatives. Supporters can contribute funds, resources, or volunteer their time and expertise to support BVOICE'S projects and make a positive impact on society.

If you(Doner) would  like your donation to  BVOICE refunded

You must request our Organisation (BVOICE) in writting or by email for a refund and your request must be reach BVOICE within 15 to 30days from the date on which you made the donation.

After receiving your Cancel & Refund request, Reason for requesting refund,and with all necessary documents such as- Cheque,/Demand draft,/online fund transfer id,/Electronically or through other means to BVOICE . Then BVOICE  verify and  send your refund  donation amount to your bank account within 7 days to 15 days
