Brief History of Org.- Block Voluntary Organisation for Improvement of Culture and Eco-environment ( B.VOICE ) was established on 2nd Oct.1993 the birth day of Nation of father Mahatma Gandhi. But this Organization was registered by the Government in 22,Sept.1995. at Rautarapur, Kalapada.Cuttack. B.VOICE means, the voice of the Block, its moto is to raise voice against all types injustice and them try to solve the problem in Rural area.

Our organization upgrade the living standard of the background communities, promotion of sustainable development and enhance the economic empowerment of marginality be action. To raised awareness level of target groups avid their right and to raise their voice against any-justice. Promotion of Khadi &Village Industries specially for the engagement of women community to make their economically self reliant. Conservation of environment through nursery raising, plantation and awareness building..To strong them people’s organisation to identify their problems and solution of sale by their own efforts. Provision of doorstep health service through adequate measures.
