Brief History of Organisation: Block Voluntary Organisation for Improvement of Culture and Eco-environment ( B.VOICE ) was established on 2nd Oct.1993 the birth day of Nation of father Mahatma Gandhi. But this Organization was registered by the Government in 22,Sept.1995. at Rautarapur, Kalapada.Cuttack. B.VOICE means, the voice of the Block, its moto is to raise voice against all types injustice and them try to solve the problem in Rural area.
